I purchased a Digital Product and I haven’t received my shipment yet?
We don’t deliver by mail. All of our programs are available in our member’s area. If for some reason you don’t have access to a product you purchased contact our support. (submit support ticket here)
I can’t find a product that I purchased in the member’s area?
Up in the top navigation you’ll see “Product Library”. There you’ll find images of all of our products. If the product is “greyed out” and you have purchased it- please contact our support and they will grant you access.
